Q: Can all foot orthotics be refurbished to a like new condition?
A: If the orthotic has a plastic shell as part of the structure, it can
almost always be refurbished to a like new condition.
 

Q: What about orthotics made without plastic shells?
A: If you have orthotics made out of cork / foam / EVA or leather,
resurfacing is usually possible as long as the original top cover is
in one piece. If the original top cover has disintegrated and is
missing areas, we cannot guarantee the refurbishment. We will
make the maximum effort to refurbish these orthotics to a
wearable condition without guarantees.
